Services

Mystique Rising offers astrological readings and physical products via Etsy.com. All readings are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Bookings

All readings are booked through our website. By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide (including your name, date of birth, and contact details) is accurate.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of astrology readings, refunds are not available for: cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, missed appointments, completed/delivered readings or dissatisfaction with interpretations.

To reschedule, provide 48+ hours notice. Cancellations 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund as follows:

Interac e-Transfer payments (Canada) — full refund
Credit card payments — full refund minus applicable admin fees

If we cancel or technical issues prevent your reading, you'll receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Products

Our digital products are sold through our Etsy shop. All purchases made via Etsy are subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and refund policies. Mystique Rising is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or refunds processed through Etsy.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit card payments via Wix.com and Interac e-Transfer (Canada). All transactions are processed securely.

Mystique Rising is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
